All materials must be removed from the show floor no later than 8:00pm or additional charges may occur.

Shipping and Receiving

Direct to site shipments will only be received on the scheduled move in and setup day. Early shipment will be refused. All exhibitor material must be removed from the NFCC by the end of the scheduled move out.

Purchasing Services Onsite

Require additional services? No worries. Our Exhibitor Services Coordinator will be onsite prior to event opening and will gladly assist you. Please note that a 20% charge of the standard rate will be applied per service ordered for any changes or moves or cancellations 14 days prior to your event.

Additional air, water and electric services must be ordered prior to September 1.

MyLeads Standard

A small, light weight & easy to carry scanner, equipped with just one key, allows for easy and straight forward use. Equipped with 128 kB of memory, it
provides an economical method of collecting leads. An electronic file is provided within one business day after the show closes.
No electrical power required.

MyLeads – Mobile App

Real-time attendee lead information. Ability to either scan badges or type badge ID’s. Multiple device option, which syncs to one portal. Lead details
upload to your exhibitor portal. Take notes within each lead and answer custom surveys/qualifiers. Ability to modify custom qualifiers on demand
through the exhibitor portal. No electrical power required. Internet access Required (NOT INCLUDED). ONLY compatible with Android/Apple devices.

MyLeads – Connect

Use your own scanner at the event to collect leads using our API. Once your order is processed, API documentation and a token key are sent. Multiple device connections are allowed. One company per unique token key.
